Truss rafters are space intensive and often prevent a loft even being used for storage.

We will replace the 'W' shaped truss rafters in your loft with steel or timber beams running the length of the loft. 4

3 The trusses have been removed

Additional timbers have been installed to provide strength and rigidity to the roof.

The loft is well on its way to completion and will soon be part of the home.
