We will design your loft conversion so that you can make the best use of the space available.

Whether your home is a bungalow, mid terrace, semi detached or detached, we have vast experience in providing our customers with loft conversion ideas, drawing up plans, obtaining planning permission and constructing your loft extension to your complete satisfaction.

Every loft conversion is carefully designed and built using British Standard Approved materials.  Some lofts and attics can be converted using Velux roof lights or roof windows.  The size, shape and layout of your house will determine whether we will need to build dormer windows.  Dormer windows will be designed to blend in with their surroundings, with either a flat roof or a pitched roof.

Most lofts can be converted providing there is enough headroom, at least 2.3m.  We can construct a loft conversion for you if your roof is a traditional cut roof or a modern trussed roof.  Some hipped roofs can be extended to form a gable end, this type of conversion is called a hip to gable conversion.

The loft conversion will feel like it has always been a part of your home.  We will ensure that all of the finishing detail from the bespoke staircase to the skirting boards, architrave and doors match or blend in with your home.

We will take care of everything for you, from our initial consultation to completion.  We will help design your loft conversion, produce computer-aided drawings, and submit planning applications where necessary.  Our engineer will provide details and specifications so that your loft fully complies with building regulations.

We offer a 10 year warranty for our work.

Loft conversion costs vary according to the size of your home and the amount of space that you require.  Prices generally start from around £15,000 for a basic main structure of the loft conversion, leaving you to finish it off, if that suits your requirements.
